We’ve known Tony Guilino for more than a year and a half. We were introduced by a mutual friend when we first came to South Florida and were looking for a house to rent. The friend told us Tony was his realtor and they became good friends ever since. Tony helped us find our first home….He worked very hard for us and helped us with everything and always made sure our interests were well protected. I am happy to say we became good friends and even celebrated holidays together. After a year… we asked Tony to help us finding a house to buy… Again, Tony worked hard to find us the right house for our needs and our budget. He would come on weekends showing us houses, sometimes late in the day, trying to work with our schedule, and never giving up, even when we were about to. Finally, after almost a year, we found the right house and Tony, again, helped us with all the arrangements. Moreover, even after everything was closed, Tony comes to visit us, checking on how we are doing, and helping around. We came looking for a decent realtor and found a dear friend and an amazing person in the process. Knowing Tony has been our pleasure and we will recommend him to anyone.
