I don’t usually comment on new developments because of all the variables that can occur between concept and completion. However…the explosion of new developments in Miami and Miami Beach are just phenomenal. Some of the ones that impress me the most are the two new mega-towers that will rise 1000 feet into the air. From the upper units residents will be looking down at planes arriving and leaving the nearby Miami International Airport. These are the Waldorf Astoria Tower and the Dolce & Gabana Tower. Though not as tall, but perhaps the most massive new development in Miami is the Mercedes Branded Places, and another International auto Brand, Bentley will also be adding its name to a new development. The Residential Tower, known as Miami Tropic branded by Michelin Star chef Jean Georges, will of course feature signature restaurants at the location. Luxury Hotel Brand Aman will be coming to Miami Beach with its first Residential project and Foster and Partners has designed an iconic tapered skyscraper for the Brickell Bay Area.
