Five of them are 2 bedroom units, four have one bedroom and the last is a Studio unit.  They range in price from the mid $200,000’s to the low $6 million range. Most of them are waterfront units and a majority of those are from the Luxury high-rise Towers including the Continuum South Tower, Portofino Tower, and the Murano Grande.

Gym Remodel at Murano Grande

Murano Grande is planning to modify its existing fitness center in the next few months in time for the return of the seasonal residents.  the plans will include an upgrade of some of the older equipment as well as some new additions, painting, lighting and millwork.
