Just Sold 2 Units at 1250 West Av

There are new owners of Units 9P and 11P at the Bay Garden Manor Condominium at 1250 West Avenue in Miami Beach.  These were the second and third units I recently Sold in the building, with unit 15G having closed a few months earlier.  An affordable property with the benefits of a waterfront location and a large amenity package, both investors and first time homebuyers are drawn there. All of the units in the building are Studios or 1 Bedroom, and these recent sales were all in the low $400.SF range.
