Under $4,000,000 Condos
There are currently four 3/3/1 condos on the market in South Beach for between $3.75 million and $4 million. Three of them are right next to each other, at 400, 450, and 500 Alton Road, and the fourth is at 11 Island Ave on Belle Isle. They all have incredible features to justify the price but every buyer will have a preference based on location, cost, amenities, and condition. I like 400 Alton Road #509 for its deliberate unit design which functions best for the split bedroom plan for privacy and the open space for entertaining. The Lanai location is convenient for its easy access to the pool, tennis court and restaurant, and the large terrace compliments the expansive interior space.
